Russian Federal law "About Electromagnetic Weapons"

【趣旨】

ロシア連邦領内に於ける、電磁波、光、熱、超低周波、超音波放射およびこれらに準じるものを用いた武器またはその他の装置で、その出力効果がロシア連邦の国家基準で規定される値を超えるもの、並びにロシア連邦の領域外で製造された上記の武器および装置を連邦法第６条『兵器関連』補遺により禁止する

[Article 6.] Essentially, establishing of the [laws for] the circulation of civilian and military weapons;

Within the territory of the Russian Federation is prohibited:

Weapons and other objects, the affects of the operations of which are based on the use of electromagnetic, light, thermal, infra-sonic or ultra-sonic radiations and which have [exiting ] parameters, exceeding the magnitude of established governmental standards of the Russian Federation and corresponding norms of Federal governmental organs in the area of the health department, and also any of these indicated weapons and objects produced beyond the boundaries of the territory of the Russian Federation.
